How long does onboarding a new coach actually take with the platform?
Most academies are getting their coaches through in around 5-7 working days, depending on DBS turnaround. The platform does the chasing, references, certificates, and parental consents in parallel, so the only thing you need to wait for is other agencies. Does CoachOnboarder integrate with our governing body's records?
We support export packs for FA, RFU, ECB, BG, and LTA annual returns. If your governing body has a different format, we'll add it, this is the kind of customisation we include rather than charge for.
What happens when a coach's DBS or qualification expires?
